METRIX @ ACE - December 20th

An unbelievable party workout to end an unbelievable 2026! Celebrate your year in style with this METRIX style workout consisting of 10 minutes work and 4 minutes rest on 5 stations. The stations include; Burpee over line, Ski-erg, Row-erg, Echo bike and Bike-erg. The workout is done as a partnership on a YGIG basis.
