Join ACH for an insightful afternoon exploring innovative ways to support refugees and migrants into sustainable employment — a crucial part of successful integration.

What to Expect:

• Keynote Speaker: Carmen Peacock, Regional Head - South West & South Wales, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Lloyds Bank. Carmen is also Chair of CBI South West and a Non-Executive Director for South West Investment Group.

• Updates on ACH’s work with partners to create inclusive employment pathways.

• Discussion around the development of the Welcome Pledge, currently in its pilot stage, encouraging fair and supportive workplaces.

• Co-design session for a new employment support service tailored to the needs of refugees and migrants, your voice matters.

• Networking with employers, funders, policy experts and people with lived migration experience.

• Delicious vegetarian lunch catered by one of our supported migrant-led businesses.
