As the Assistant Director of the Veterans Affairs Integrated Health Care System in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Dillon oversees the daily operations of a Level 1B VA Medical Center, delivering healthcare services across 11 locations to over 41,000 Veterans annually. He leads a diverse team of 272 professionals, managing critical functions such as Supply Chain Services, Police Services, Environmental Management, and more. His collaborative approach extends to partnerships with Human Resources, Information Technology, and the National Contracting Office.

Before his current role, Mr. Dillon served as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Deputy National Program Manager for the Field Support Readiness Branch for the Veterans Health Administration. His military background as a Civil Affairs Specialist and Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army further shaped his leadership style, emphasizing stewardship and change management.
