Strong organizational culture is the foundation for engaged teams, effective leadership, and sustainable healthcare success. Join ACHE of Indiana for an engaging evening focused on the critical role leaders play in shaping workplace culture and fostering environments where people and organizations can thrive.
The program will begin with a FACHE Advancement Session led by Parke Corbin and Patti Griffin, providing guidance and resources for healthcare executives pursuing advancement to Fellow status. Following the session, attendees are invited to connect with colleagues during a networking reception featuring refreshments.
The evening will continue with a thought-provoking Organizational Climate and Culture Panel Discussion, featuring healthcare leaders who will share their experiences, strategies, and perspectives on building strong cultures within complex healthcare organizations. Topics will include leadership’s role in influencing culture, creating an engaged workforce, navigating organizational change, and sustaining a positive workplace environment.
