The subjects we are planning to cover are:

There will be a prize for the best poster. 

Key dates for Abstracts:
Abstract submission opens: 10th November 2023
Abstract submission closes: 31st March 2024
Abstract submission outcome notification: TBC

We have tried to keep the price as low as possible Student Members £25, Members £50, Non-members £100 (ACPIVR member discount codes will be provided by email from membership@acpivr.com, please check your junk/spam email & make sure we have an up to date email for you by signing in to the website). The discount codes are limited to one discounted ticket for each ACPIVR member.

Refreshments (tea, coffee and water) available on arrival and AM break (refreshments with biscuits), Lunch - Light finger buffet with juice and water, PM break (refreshments with biscuits) . Any dietary requirements please let us know.

Free wifi available throughout. 

This event is aimed at clinicians of all levels, with emphasis on clinically relevant research and promoting best practice.

This is also our Annual General Meeting which we request all ACPIVR members attending participate in. We will review our financial status  with our Treasurer's Report, elect  committee members and assign roles, give an update of plans for the year ahead and discuss any motions.
