Take a moment to pause, stretch and breathe beneath Wave, Squidsoup's mesmerising light installation on Westham Bridge, during this free outdoor yoga session led by Leslie Kelly.

Suitable for all abilities, this welcoming session offers a chance to connect with the artwork, the evening atmosphere and the unique setting of the bridge. Whether you're a regular yogi or trying yoga for the first time, Leslie will guide you through a gentle and accessible practice designed to help you unwind and enjoy the experience.

As the session takes place directly on the bridge surface, participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and additional padding, such as a blanket or towel, for extra comfort.

What to expect:

• A relaxed, outdoor yoga session beneath the Wave installation
• Expert guidance from Leslie Kelly
• Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike
• A unique opportunity to experience the artwork in a calm and mindful way

Please note:

• Leslie will offer a range of approaches to each pose, but participants take part at their own risk and should manage injuries accordingly.
• Yoga mats will not be provided, so please bring your own mat, picnic blanket or towel.
• All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.
• Families are welcome to attend together.
