Active Learning Network CPD event Autumn 2023
Join us for our second Autumn CPD series. We are focusing on assessment and feedback this year - do join us for fun and interactive learning around this theme!
What happens when you combine 11 of the most innovative educators and authors on active learning in higher education, 9 idea-packed book chapters and a hive-mind on active learning, assessment and feedback? There's only one way to find out!
Following the great success of The Active Learning Network's inaugural free online CPD series on Building Inclusive Communities in 2022, we are launching a 4-part CPD series on Assessment and Feedback for October 2023! The series will take place online from 10am – 11.30am on 4 consecutive Tuesdays: the 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st of October.

You can opt to just attend individual sessions, but we recommend attending all four sessions to get the full experience.
The theme of the series will be Assessment and Feedback. Each workshop will be delivered by members of the global Active Learning Network community and will be based on inspiration-filled chapters from our open-access book 100 Ideas for Active Learning.
Be prepared to engage in some active learning yourself (of course!) and take away a treasure trove of ideas to try out in your own practice. There will be opportunities for discussion and debate, as well as a chance to network with others.
