Cupping is one of the world's most ancient healing arts practiced in every culture across the world for centuries. Now you can learn it hands-on from one of the most sought-after holistic educators in the Midwest.
In this immersive, multi-day training, you'll explore the theory, research, and real-world application of cupping as a therapeutic practice. You'll learn the distinctions and intersections between three powerful cupping traditions and how to combine them for elegant, effective treatments. You'll also learn the art and science of Gua Sha (scraping) and Moxa.
The best part? You'll practice with each other throughout the class so you leave ready to use these techniques immediately.

Additional Materials Cost:
Upon registration, participants will be sent information about supplies needed for the class to practice the cupping and where to purchase these items. These supplies generally cost between $60-$75.

Kimberly S. Hart has been at the forefront of holistic health since 1993, when she founded Adagio Holistic Therapies, LLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With over 30 years in practice, she is one of the most knowledgeable and deeply trained holistic educators in the country.
What sets Kim apart is the depth of her lineage. Since 1997, she has traveled, lived, and studied in Central America with Maya and Aztec elders, learning directly from Indigenous healers whose traditions span generations. Her cupping knowledge is woven from decades of hands-on study across Asian, Ancient European, and Central American traditions.
