On Friday 8th May, we welcome Chef Adam Hindmarch for an intimate evening of refined, ingredient led dining.

With over 35 years’ experience, Adam’s cooking is defined by a quietly confident, considered style - letting exceptional ingredients do the talking.

His career has taken him from restaurant kitchens in Oxford to travelling the world with the McLaren Formula 1 team, cooking in high-performance environments at the very highest level. Since then, he has worked as a private chef for high profile celebrity clients, creating bespoke dining experiences across the UK and internationally.

Having lived in Banstead for nearly 30 years, this is a rare opportunity to experience his food locally.
