Babywearing Dance Class

Come move your body, connect with your little one, and have fun. No experience necessary! No expectations, just movement and joy and oxytocin. Expect fun world rhythms and groovy beats.

I am a certified babywearing consultant. I will do free fit-checks for everyone before we begin, so it is important that everyone arrive on time. You are welcome from 9:45 to hang out, do a fit-check, have a coffee...  If you come late and we have started the music then I won't be able to check your carrier until after the class has finished. There is no space for strollers, you need to climb steep stairs to the first floor. So I recommend only coming with a baby carrier.

Babies of all ages are welcome. You are welcome to come with toddlers as well. You don't need to wear your baby. You can also hold them in-arms and put them down on the mats or let them crawl around.
All parents/caregivers welcome.
The room we will be in is a multi-use classroom that also is a dance studio.
