GAGA with Adi

This is an invitation to meet, wake up our bodies, open our senses and move together in Warsaw! Classes are a playground for us to deepen our body awareness, challenge ourselves, reach moments of physical effort and open an endless range of movement possibilities.

GAGA

Gaga classes offer a framework for participants to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement. Gaga's movement language is developed by Ohad Naharin, house choreographer of Batsheva Dance Company, and constantly evolving.

- Gaga classes are for people aged 16+.

- The language of instruction is English.

- Class starts on time, no entry for late comers.

- Participants should wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks.

I offer 3 payment possibilities - while making your booking, please pick up the option that's fits your ability, it is up to you!

GAGA class payment options:

Option 3: 50 PLN per class

Option 2: 45 PLN per class

Option 1: 40 PLN per class

* The Number of participants is LIMITED due to COVID19 safey measures.

* If you have any symptoms of illness related (or not) to Corona, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CLASS. And let Adi know asap.

* Due to COVID19 please respect the regulations set by the organiser: Keeping a physical distance between yourself and others; arriving to the studio 10-15 minutes before the class start time; and sanitising hands on arrival and whenever you re-enter the studio space.

* By joining classes you declare you are in good shape, and understand the nature of the activity. You fully accept and assume all responsibility for injury or damage that may result from your participation in the classes. You release and hold harmless Adi Weinberg Prejna with respect to any or all injury or damages arising from the activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.
