Moving with ADHD
About
This bite-sized workshop, facilitated by Alexandra Zibisow, offers a creative and experiential space to explore how ADHD may be felt and expressed in the body — and what this means for our work as DMPs and creative arts therapists. Drawing on case studies, movement exploration, and group discussion, we'll look at how ADHD can show up in the therapy room and how we can meet neurodivergent clients with greater attunement, flexibility, and care. The aim is to deepen understanding, sharpen clinical thinking, and support more authentic therapeutic connections.
