Adult Disability Payment Review

The Scottish Government's consultation on the mobility component of Adult Disability Payment does not set out or advocate a preferred Scottish Government position, but instead presents the evidence we have gathered to date and invites people to give their views. Once the consultation closes and the responses have been independently analysed, the findings will inform the independent review of Adult Disability Payment commencing later this year. In considering the future delivery of Adult Disability Payment, it is important that any proposals for change are achievable, affordable and realistic.

People will have the opportunity to engage with the consultation through a series of consultation events being held in the coming months. Numbers are limited and you are required to sign up here to attend.
