In this workshop we take a look at relationships from the idea of being hesitant or afraid to engage with a person, passion, ideology, career, etc. - a hesitation that keeps us from being our fully expressed selves...

In this workshop, we will explore, through conversation and then art-making, questions like:

• “What have you been taught—directly or silently—that makes you hesitate before saying yes with your whole self?”
• “What part of you still believes it’s not safe to fully show up?”
• “What story whispers that you’re not ready, not allowed, or not enough?”
• “When have you pulled back just as you were about to step in?”
• “What do you fear might be lost if you fully say yes?”
• “What old belief still holds the door half-closed?”

At the heart of Empty & Meaningless: The Box Project (E&M) is a simple but powerful intention: To invite people to look honestly and gently at the stories they’ve been living, and to ask: “What if I chose something new?”

In each workshop, participants explore their personal truths—what they believe about themselves, others, and the world. They look at where those beliefs came from, how they’ve shaped their relationships, and whether they still serve them.

We don’t fix.
We don’t therapize.
We create.

Through guided reflection, group sharing, and the powerful act of making something with their hands, participants are offered a space to experience freedom, release, and reinvention.
