ADS would like to invite you to the next session of the Advanced Air Mobility Special Interest Group, which will be kindly hosted by the AMRC in their Factory 2050 facility at Sheffield, next 17 June 2024.

This session will be part of a day-long seminar supported by the University of Sheffield AMRC and Composites UK, focused on materials for Advanced Air Mobility.

The seminar – in the morning - will feature presentations from industry and research organisations on topics such as new material applications, cost and scaling, sustainability and circularity, as well as standards, and will cover from composites to batteries and cabin interiors. A detailed agenda will be distributed closer to the time.

The Special Interest Group session will then take place during the afternoon. 
*The SIG meeting will have a reduced capacity, with SIG members prioritised. If interested in attending the SIG, please indicate it upon registration marking the relevant checkbox.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a tour of the AMRC Factory 2050 facilities, where the AMRC is running their COMPASS – Composites at Speed and Scale – research programme with Boeing.

This is a perfect opportunity to network with colleagues from across the AAM and materials communities.
