Cysylltiadau cadarnhaol: Tyfu cymunedau gwydn gyda phobl a thechnoleg

Y Gynhadledd Genedlaethol Gofal Cymdeithasol (CGGC25) yw'r arddangosfa a'r cyfle rhwydweithio mwyaf blaenllaw i bobl sy'n gweithio ym maes gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru. Mae'n dod ag arweinwyr uwch ac uchelgeisiol ynghyd â phenderfynwyr mewn llywodraeth leol a chenedlaethol, y sector preifat a'r trydydd sector, pobl â phrofiad byw, myfyrwyr gwaith cymdeithasol a gofal cymdeithasol, ac academyddion o bob cwr o'r wlad.

Bydd thema eleni: 'Cysylltiadau cadarnhaol: Tyfu cymunedau gwydn gyda phobl a thechnoleg', yn archwilio sut y gall perthnasoedd cryf ac arloesedd craff ein helpu i adeiladu gwasanaethau ffyniannus, sy'n barod i'r dyfodol.

Ymunwch â ni yn Llandudno wrth i ni amlygu rhagoriaeth o bob rhan o Ogledd Cymru a thu hwnt. Bydd y rhaglen yn taflu goleuni ar:

• Trawsnewid digidol sy'n gwella cysylltiad dynol

• Dulliau sy'n seiliedig ar leoedd o wydnwch cymunedol

• Arweinyddiaeth gynhwysol a chyd-gynhyrchu gyda phobl sy'n tynnu ar ofal a chefnogaeth

• Partneriaethau arloesol ar draws sectorau

• Lles a chynaliadwyedd y gweithlu

Disgwyliwch gyweirnod ysbrydoledig, gweithdai rhyngweithiol, cyfraniadau pwerus gan bobl sydd â phrofiad byw, a'r cyfle i adeiladu cysylltiadau ymarferol, cadarnhaol sy'n para ymhell y tu hwnt i'r digwyddiad. Fel bob amser, bydd NSCC25 yn cynnwys gofod arddangos bywiog, digon o gyfleoedd i rwydweithio, ac ymdeimlad cryf o gymuned wrth ei galon.

The event will blend creativity, performance, relaxed food, drink and conversation, and social care.
