Adventures Without Limits' CampAbility Program invites individuals and families impacted by spinal cord injuries into a welcoming and supportive camping environment so that we can share our love of the outdoors with communities who may face barriers to access.

In partnership with Oregon Spinal Cord Injury Connection, Oregon State Parks, Craig H. Neilsen Foundation, and REI, AWL will host up to 6 individuals or families for a weekend group tent camping trip at Harris Beach State Park, Thursday, August 25th - Saturday, August 27th.

What to expect:

• A fun weekend tent camping outdoors! Families are welcome to participate in group activities (which may include hiking, visiting the beach, using track chairs provided by David's Chair), or enjoy the park independently.

Important Information:

• All individuals participating must meet the Essential Eligibility Criteria.
• Ages 6 and up (no exceptions). Minors must be in attendance with a supervising adult.
• Campers must be able to meet onsite.
• If transportation is a barrier, please contact matt@oregonsci.org
• Check in Thursday is 4:30 pm. Check out Saturday by 12 pm.
• Covid policy - all eligible campers (excluding medical exemptions) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 by the start of the program.
• All participating campers must complete AWL's Digital Liability Waiver.
• Well behaved non-service animals may be allowed and must be kept on 6 ft leash at all times.
• Simple camp meals will be provided by AWL Thursday dinner - Saturday breakfast. We may or may not be able to accommodate dietary preferences, so we encourage campers to bring snacks to supplement group meals throughout the weekend.

• If you plan to attend this event solo, please use the 'individual registration' selection to continue.
• If you plan to bring anyone with you - family, friends, caregiver, etc. please register using the 'group registration' selection and identify the total number in your party.
• If the event appears 'sold out' sign up for the waitlist, we will be opening additional spots as they become available!
