Building a World-Class End-to-End Customer Experience

In this webinar, ABA will examine how organizations can deliver a world-class customer experience in their efforts to build audiences, visitors and engagement. We will investigate the building blocks of a world-class customer experience in three ways:

  • First, we will identify the key questions organizations must ask themselves when building a customer experience, including: What is the purpose of the experience? Are there particular moments in the customer journey that are important to customers, either to ‘wow’ them or that are a source of frustration? How do organizations align internally to deliver the experience?
  • Second, we will examine lessons from leading out-of-sector companies, including Disney and The Ritz Carlton, on identifying customer needs and empowering employees to deliver exceptional service.
  • Third, we will introduce the 7A framework, a comprehensive step-by-step approach to building the customer experience at arts and culture organizations.
