ABA's Leadership & Career Development is an interactive training series designed to help arts and culture leaders and individuals strengthen their managerial and professional skills.

In this session: Building Your Personal Operating Model, we will cover how to:

• Build your system for prioritizing work
• Understand your personal delegating style and how to adjust your approach for others
• Reflect on your leadership brand

Participation Expectations

• Each session is 2 hours long and takes place virtually on Zoom on Wednesdays, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm ET.
• Actively participate and keep your camera on throughout for the full session
• Be prepared to engage in discussions and interactive activities
• Sessions are not recorded to encourage open conversation
