ABA's Leadership & Career Development is an interactive training series designed to help arts and culture leaders and individuals strengthen their managerial and professional skills.

In this session, Norming Your Team Around Psychological Safety, we will cover how to:

• Understand the importance of individuality and how to set and enforce team norms
• Encourage team reflection and input
• Share power to boost team trust

Participation Expectations

• Each session is 2 hours long and takes place virtually on Zoom on Wednesdays, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm ET.
• Actively participate and keep your camera on throughout for the full session
• Be prepared to engage in discussions and interactive activities
• Sessions are not recorded to encourage open conversation
