ABA Leadership & Career Development: Leading and Managing Through Change

Series Overview
ABA's Leadership & Career Development is an interactive training series designed to help arts and culture leaders and individuals strengthen their managerial and professional skills.

In this Session, Leading and Managing Through Change, we will cover how to:

• Assess your organization and staff's readiness for change and learn how to manage each phase of the change curve
• Gain strategies for minimizing disruption and fostering lasting, sustainable change as managers
• Includes tactical exercises for evaluating the impact of change and managing successful adoption

Participation Expectations

• Each session is 2 hours long and takes place virtually on Zoom on Wednesdays, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm ET.
• Actively participate and keep your camera on throughout for the full session
• Be prepared to engage in discussions and interactive activities
• Sessions are not recorded to encourage open conversation
