• Pilot Responsibility: Pilots are fully responsible for the maintenance and repair of their assigned drones throughout the event.
• Parts Exchange: A "broken for new" policy is in effect. You must present the broken component to receive a replacement part.

• Two options to participate:
  • Bring your own AER 11” Spec drone (inspected onsite) - No ticket needed for this option!
  • Rent a drone (ELRS ONLY!) - Purchase ticket here!
    • Standard: $50 - 5 qualifier packs total, drone stays with AER
    • Pro: $100 - Rent drone Wed-Fri, unlimited packs(following repair rules)
      • Use of drone 5pm - 9pm, Wed - Fri
      • If you break the drone and it is unflyable you have two options
        • You can repair the drone to keep flying during the week. Only official AER parts allowed, we will have parts for sale at our ‘wholesale cost’ if you choose to purchase and repair so you can keep flying.
        • You can choose to retire your drone at any time if you don’t want to repair (turn the drone in with all working or broken parts, and you won’t be charged extra for any broken parts).
