Shannon Williams is Managing Partner of Armstrong McGuire, a national nonprofit consulting firm based in NC. Shannon's fundraising career spans independent schools, the YMCA movement, and a wide range of nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has led annual fundraising campaigns ranging from $150,000 to more than $3.5 million and has worked on capital campaigns from $1 million to more than $100 million. A frequent speaker and facilitator, Shannon shares practical insights on fundraising leadership, talent development, and nonprofit resilience, helping organizations and professionals navigate an increasingly complex nonprofit environment.
