Sober Rave meets Wellness – a space for movement and stillness, ecstasy and relaxation, connection and retreat.

From October onwards, we’re creating a new monthly ritual in Berlin: SANCTUARY DANCE – a shared journey through music, movement, relaxation and connection.

On October 17th, Agape Zoe and DJ Mathami invite you to the very first SANCTUARY DANCE at Futura House.

What to expect? A journey between dancefloor and sauna, ecstasy and relaxation, music and stillness. Four hours to arrive fully in the present, move your body, let go and connect with yourself and others.

Move freely between energising movement, conscious relaxation and moments just for yourself – following whatever feels right for you in the moment.

We begin with a short Breathwork Session to arrive, let go of the everyday and open the space. From there, Mathami takes us on a 2.5-hour Dance Journey – carried by music, movement and the energy of the community.

After a 30-minute break, the journey continues with a closing Sound Journey, bringing us back together and allowing the evening to gently wind down in connection.

In between, the sauna is there for you. And at the bar, you’ll find healthy food, clean drinks and, of course, Mama Cacao.

Your Evening

Arrive
We begin with Breathwork, creating space to become present and truly arrive in the moment.

Dance
A 2.5-hour Dance Journey with Mathami. Music as an invitation to move, let go and come fully into your body.

Reset
A 30-minute break – to breathe, sweat in the sauna, connect with others or simply be.

Sound
A shared Sound Journey to close the evening. Slow down, tune in and gently integrate before heading back into the night.

Located in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, right on the Paul-Lincke-Ufer, Futura House is a unique space where community, health, movement and new ways of coming together meet.

A place somewhere between home and work, Futura House creates space for connection, inspiration and wellbeing. And this is where the special atmosphere of our SANCTUARY DANCE comes to life.

For one evening, Futura House becomes our urban sanctuary – a space where movement and stillness, music and connection naturally come together, flowing between the dancefloor, sauna and café.
