🚌 Travel Information
Let us know your preferred pickup area when you book — Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Porthcawl or Bridgend.
We’ll plan the most efficient route based on demand so we can keep pickup times short and get you to your destination faster. To make sure each stop is worth the cost and time for everyone, we need at least five people requesting a pickup at any one location.
So here’s how it works:
-
Tell us your preferred pickup point when you book.
-
We’ll confirm your final pickup location and time at least 7 days before the trip.
-
It may not be the exact stop you selected, but it’ll be the closest one that works for the route.
Our usual pickup points include:
-
Swansea – Wellington Street
-
Neath – Neath Train Station
-
Port Talbot – Parkway Train Station
-
Porthcawl – Outside The Beachcomber Restaurant
-
Bridgend – McArthurGlen (Coach Bay)
Let us know what works best for you — we’ll do the rest.
👥 Booking with Friends?
If you want to travel with friends, make sure you book together under one booking.
We can’t guarantee you'll be on the same coach otherwise.
For each person travelling, we’ll need:
-
Their full name and address
-
Their contact number
-
An emergency contact (Next of Kin) – this must be someone who is not on the coach
We collect this info to help keep everyone safe and informed. Thanks for helping us make the day smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
💸 Why is this trip a little more than usual?
We know £55 is more than we normally ask for a Coach Club trip — and we want to be upfront about why.
Theatre tickets for this production are the biggest part of the cost. But we’ve worked hard to keep it as affordable as possible — and we're confident it still offers brilliant value compared to similar trips out there.
That said, we’re committed to making sure everyone has the chance to enjoy days like this.
💬 If paying the full £55 upfront feels tricky, just get in touch. We may be able to offer a simple payment plan to help spread the cost.
This is your Coach Club — and we’ll always do what we can to make it work for you.
