This year the conference is held at the beautiful Palacio de Congresos
in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. 

Refund or cancellation policy: If you book but are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to somebody else or you can roll your ticket over to next year. Once the event is sold out, we can normally buy your ticket back if we have another person wanting to come (subject to availability.)
