Description
From Henry:
Radio play event on behalf of Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire
You are invited to come and listen to a radio play which conveys a message of friendship across the generations. Henry Dawe, an actor and writer based in Uppingham, Rutland, wrote The Autumn of My Years chiefly in the hope that it would tackle social isolation. It was first broadcast on Harborough FM, Leicestershire in November 2023.
At 10.30am on Tuesday 17 September Henry will share the radio play in St Mark’s Church Hall, Bath Road, Worcester WR5 3DW. This will be on behalf of Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire, to whom donations will be welcomed. The play lasts 100 minutes and will be split by one interval for tea, coffee and biscuits. Henry will then give a brief talk about why he has written the play, before he invites comments and questions.
Henry Dawe will be organising this event, raising funds for Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire. If you have any questions, please contact Henry directly on 07875 769693.
