Agile Coach Camp UK is finally going to happen! This highly-anticipated event will occur from 1 p.m. on October 7th until 4 p.m. on Wednesday 9th, October 2024.

Two and a half days of highly collaborative and self-managed Open Space for anyone passionate about coaching, training, mentoring or leading agile organizations, teams and individuals.

We look forward to your participation and welcoming you to the beautiful West Kirby for a fantastic time of learning and growth!

This will be an intimate event with just 20 people on top of the facilitation team, using a large residential property to bring a homely feel to the event

Who is this event for?

Everyone. Coaches, facilitators, team leads, guerilla change agents, linchpins, scrum masters, product owners, managers, and so on. Diversity makes us smarter!

What do I need to bring for the event?

Just your engagement during the highly collaborative Open Space discussions.

What is the language used at the event?

Facilitation will be in English, but sessions in other languages are welcome.

Where is the Venue?

The venue is a large residential property with multiple breakout rooms and even its own jacuzzi and sauna! It is ideally located near the coast.

What about accommodation?

This year we will not be providing accommodation this is to provide flexibility for delegates. We encourage you to book your accommodation at the time of booking your ticket and highly recommend booking a local Air BnB https://www.airbnb.co.uk/west-kirby-united-kingdom/stays. we will be setting up a Google sheet so you can self-manage sharing houses or offering spare rooms.

What is the price?

The price per participant will be £200 paid on booking, including all meals, soft drinks, and some alcohol, including the famous cheese and port tasting.

How will registration work?

First come, first served. A waiting list will be available. Check the cancellation policy below.

How will cancellation work?

Free until the 1st of August 2024

100 % thereafter to allow people to replace you (Tickets are transferrable free of charge)

Please notify us if you cannot join since participants on the waiting list need time to plan their trip.

What if I want to bring a guest?

Given the size of the event, we will not have much extra space for guests at the venue, but please do ask if you have a specific request.
