Our "Leading Self: Leading with Agility" course offers an engaging and interactive exploration of the critical role of leadership in modern work practices. This course differentiates between management and leadership, emphasizing their importance across various levels and contexts within an organization. It then extends this understanding to the context of agility, enabling you to first lead yourself effectively and subsequently foster an environment conducive to agile principles.

During this course you will learn about:

• merging organizational and leadership capabilities, such as fostering an innovative culture, nurturing collaborative spaces, maintaining continuous engagement, and promoting organizational learning and sense-making.
• Behaviors that enhance agility, including leadership through influence and the adoption of various leadership styles.
• Self-development skills through self-awareness and mindfulness practices.
• Developing agility in relationships and viewing organizations as human systems.
• Utilizing conversations and storytelling as key communication tools.
• Facilitating organizational change and transformation to embrace agility.
