This program is facilitated by Simon Powers (AWA Global). Simon's background is in deep technical design and implementation. He has been using Agile and Lean for delivery since 2006, initially within IT, but since 2011 across the entire organization. He is one of the best teachers of Agility, organizational transformation, and enterprise coaching that you'll ever find. He is also a prolific writer. You'll find him on Medium, but you must buy and read his book, which appeared in 2022 and became an instant classic among Agile practitioners worldwide.

The program runs for 5 consecutive days (MON-FRI), 09:00-17:00 CET.
The facilitation language is English. Use of Dutch and/or French is tolerated.
The admission fee includes facilitation and two ICP accreditations.
Coffee and snacks are complimentary.
