What Power Hours provide

Designed specifically with the realities of SMEs and founder-led organisations in mind, you can choose either:

• A single one-hour session for immediate clarity on a live challenge

• A three-hour bundle, pre-paid and used monthly (i.e. 1 hour a month) for ongoing thinking partnership

You’ll be able to choose from three of our senior leaders - Lynne (Founder and CEO), Lucy (Director of Communications) and Debbie (Director of Impact) - and switch mentors at any time to align with your support needs.

Each Power Hour gives you a structured space to:

• Work through a strategic or leadership decision

• Explore a current challenge you’re dealing with

• Sense check thinking and reduce risk

• Gain reassurance or clarity

We recommend booking a session when a decision feels high-stakes, emotionally heavy or time-sensitive – moments when having a trusted senior partner makes all the difference.
