A strong understanding of your farm accounts and enterprise margins is vital for the profitability, resilience, and sustainability of beef and sheep businesses. Yet many find financial management and business planning complex, intimidating, or something best left to the accountant. This course is designed to change that.

You’ll gain the core skills to collate and produce information that helps you explore enterprise margins, assess different areas of your business, and create a basic set of management accounts leaving with a clear action plan for “what next.”
