Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint (12A) - Duns Community Cinema

Grumpy loner Aubrey Flint (John Bradley) despises two things above all else: people and Christmas. When an unfortunate scrape with the law lands him doing community service, he is sent straight to Willow Lodge—a shambolic, cash-strapped retirement home facing immediate closure. Reluctantly roped into directing the rebellious residents (Celia Imrie, Jim Broadbent, Richard E. Grant) in a chaotic staging of A Christmas Carol, Aubrey must rally his eccentric new crew to pull off a festive miracle and save the home.

"A heartwarming, eccentric festive tale anchored by an endearing turn from John Bradley and a joyously lively cast of British screen royalty." — Screen Daily
