Mark your calendars for the ultimate space celebration - AIAA Houston and Space Happy Hour are hosting Houston's ONLY Yuri's Night Space Party just minutes from NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC).
On April 12, 1961, Yuri Gagarin became the first human in space, and every year since, space enthusiasts worldwide celebrate this historic achievement. Now it's YOUR turn to join the cosmic festivities! AIAA Houston partnered with Space Happy Hour to bring this worldwide phenomenon to the heart of human spaceflight - Houston, Texas and the JSC community.
The evening kicks off at 530pm at McIntyre's Webster, a dynamic sports bar with expansive outdoor and indoor spaces perfect for large celebrations. Compete against the best and brightest in Space Trivia while you meet other space enthusiasts from across Houston. The party continues until 730pm and later as workdays end and the celebration begins.
And if you're an AIAA member, cheers -- your first drink's on us.
