Join the Beyer Blinder Belle Architects (BBB) project team for a construction tour of 1250 Maryland Ave, an adaptive reuse project transforming an eight-story office building into an eleven-story mixed-use multifamily residential development.

The tour will explore the project’s façade transformation, new structural addition, innovative residential unit design, retail integration, and sustainability strategies.
