AIGA MN is thrilled to invite you for an evening with Katie Kirk from Eight Hour Day as she shares The Work Between The Work. How one personal illustration series led to two dream projects.

Katie Kirk is a Minneapolis-based illustrator and cofounder of the creative studio Eight Hour Day. Known for her bold colors and playful geometry, her minimalist style aspires to convey a lot using very little. Often inspired by folk art and mid-century design, her love of symbolism, cooking, and nature are repeated themes in her work.
