Admission to AI Living Lab

Welcome to the AI Living Lab Zoo — an ecosystem you can see, touch, and experience. Unlike traditional zoos, our exhibits are living, connected environments where animals, plants, and technology all work together.

Watch land turtles roaming alongside tortoises, explore water tanks where aquatic turtles glide through clear waters, and peek into enclosures where tadpoles transform into frogs before your eyes. Even our roaches have a purpose — they’re part of the food chain, feeding the frogs and showing visitors how every creature plays a role.

Here, you don’t just observe — you interact. With staff guidance, you can safely touch and hold many of our animals, giving you a real connection to the natural world. At the same time, our hydroponic and aquaponic gardens demonstrate how plants, water, and animals support one another in a balanced ecosystem.

The AI Living Lab is both a touch zoo and a teaching zoo. Families, homeschoolers, schools, and curious visitors of all ages will discover how ecosystems work and how AI technology helps us monitor and care for living systems.

Admissions & Ticket Policy

• Doors will open five (5) minutes before the start time printed on your ticket.
• If you are not present within five (5) minutes after your scheduled start time, doors will be locked and entry will not be permitted.
• Late arrivals will forfeit their ticket.
• Same-day rescheduling may be allowed only if space is available.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Liability Policy

By entering the AI Living Lab, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk 
   • This is a hands-on, interactive environment where visitors may come into contact with animals, plants, and water systems.
   • Animals may bite, scratch, spit, or defecate. By entering, you accept these risks and understand that these events may occur.
   • Surfaces may be wet or uneven. By entering, you accept the risk of slips, trips, and falls.
2. Release of Liability
   • AI Living Lab Zoo, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during your visit.
   • Visitors enter the premises at their own risk.
3. Visitor Conduct
   • All visitors must follow staff instructions when handling or interacting with animals.
   • Hands must never be placed inside tanks or enclosures. Animals will only be handed to you by a guide.
   • Food and drink must remain out of sight and are not permitted inside animal areas.
4. Photography & Media
   • By entering, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and educational purposes unless you notify staff otherwise in writing before your visit.
5. Minors
   • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of minors in their care at all times.

All ticket sales are final. Entry to the AI Living Lab Zoo confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Policy.
