Aim Higher MIND walk/run team

Mental Elf is a fun, friendly, family 5k event.

You can choose to walk or run the route on Sunday 3rd December at East Park. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams. Children under 5 are free.

Eager Elf places are available between 1^st September and 30^thSeptember 2024 – Grab them whilst you can!

Fancy dress is encouraged but not required. However, there will be prizes on the day. There will also range of festive activities for all of the family.

All participants will receive a medal and goody bag at the finish line.

We encourage everyone taking part to raise £20 in donations, which will help local people experiencing poor mental health.
