The first return to paid work programme that helps you increase confidence re-entering the workplace, while learning and incorporating AI. With peer support and group coaching sessions.

Why are we running this?

AI has accelerated imposter syndrome in the fastest skills shift of our time. But AI can also help you prepare smarter and faster than ever before. This guided programme is designed with the best of human and AI capabilities — including a career coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation — plus a cohort for peer support, so you go back to paid work confident, AI-fluent and ready.

This pilot cohort is limited to 10 spaces maximum and is set at an introductory price of £169 (with the option to split payments across 3 months or ask your employer to pay).

Your three live coaching sessions and some of your weekly voice notes are delivered by independent coach Fayrouz Essack from Montenegro. Sessions run on UK time.
