AIRS Youth Retreat 2026

Join us for the annual AIRS Youth retreat for two nights of fellowship, worshipping God, studying and more! We can't wait to see you!

We'll be spending two nights in Horsham to spend quality time together and enter into a time of intense prayer and worship, and we'd love for you to join us. This retreat is open to anyone who calls AIRS their home. This is an amazing opportunity to connect with one another, and to be refreshed by God through teaching, worship and Bible study.

What does my ticket include?

The Early Bird and "General Admissions (Incl. Coach)" ticket includes food for two nights, accommodation and transport to and from our designated pick up locations. The "General Admissions (No Coach)" comes at a discounted price, but you will be expected to make your own way to the venue.

When is it?

The retreat will start on the afternoon of Friday 10th July, and you can arrive at any time from 4pm onwards. We'll finish after breakfast on Sunday 12th July, and make our way back to London.

Where will I be staying?
Dalesdown Conference Centre is a beautiful venue in Honeybridge Lane, Horsham RH13 8NX. The full address can be above. There are several accommodation options including shared bathrooms, individual rooms or family rooms. Transport:

We have hired a 60-70 seat coach. More details on pick up time and location will be communicated in due time. If you would like to travel by coach with us, please ensure that you select this option at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

We understand that paying all at once isn’t always possible, so instalment payment options are available. If you’d like to pay in instalments, please contact Chris Katako from AIRS East Ham at 07949907477 to create a personal payment plan that works for you.

Once your first payment is made, your ticket will be secured and held . Your place will be fully confirmed once the final payment has been completed ✅

NOTE: If you opt to pay in instalments, you will have to pay the general admissions price  

Do under 18s get discounts?

Yes. If you are under 18, you will get a £20 discount for General Admissions tickets. To gain access to the discount code, please contact your youth leader.
