On this weekend preintensive you can choose between: 

• aerial silks workshops with Ariadna Vendelova
  
• intermediate partner acrobatic workshops with Tanja & Ales from Slovenia
• advanced partner acrobatic workshops with Sophie & Lenny from Hungary

All workshops will be structured as 2x 3h blocks per day with a long break in between.
The workshops aim at people with experience, they are not intended to cater beginners. Please only chose acro or aerial, mixing both won't be possible due to the different max. amount of participants for the aerial workshop.

Sophie and Lenny are focused on standing acrobatics. In their workshops they will look at topics like: Creative movement research and communication in partnerwork, pitching, hand-to-hand entries and exits, foot-to-hand, tossing and maybe trio work. They are a performance duo, so their work is inspired by finding interesting transitions and your own create ways. 

Prerequisites for Ariadna's aerial workshop: Basic climbs, hip-key, basic foot locks, comfortable with inversions/straddling up in the air. Being able to stay and work on aerial silks for at least 3 continuous minutes.
