Explore technique, sequences, and creation methods 9 hour trapeze workshop for adults (16 years and above). Trapeze beginners are welcome but prior experience on aerial dance is necessary.

This course is split into two parts, the first dedicated to enhancing technical skills, and the second to foster artistic expression.

Part 1: Technical mastery (Day 1&2) During the initial part of our workshop, we'll focus on refining our technical abilities and broadening our repertoire in the aerial realm. This will involve mastering a diverse array of movements drawn from Marta's research and the exploration of dynamic tricks, culminating in the creation of a flowing sequence.

Part 2: Creation Methods (Day 3) On the last ay we delve into the realm of artistic expression. This is where we tap into our creative potential, making the most of the skills we already possess and incorporating those we've learned in the first part of the workshop. We explore the nuances of movement, through different exercises.
