11th Grazer Akrobatikfestival

Join us for 4 days of acro, jamming and hanging-out with lovely people from the community. 

What to expect:
- A wide variety of workshops: partner acrobatics, handstands, acro yoga, floor acrobatics & aerial (4–5 options per round)
- Plenty of space for open training
- 5 longes for safe exploration
- 2 saunas for relaxation
- Sleeping options in classrooms
- Fresh, healthy vegan food by Café Erde

Arrival & Workshop start: Early arrival is possible on the evening of October 29th (people from abroad can already sleep in the gym on that night)
The workshops begin at 10:00 AM on October 30th. Please note: the first included meal will be lunch on October 30th.

End if the festival: The festival ends on Sunday at 4pm. After that we bring up the puzzle mats together & everyone helps together to empty the gym. Thanks for that. Normally it takes 1 hour until 5pm. 

Sleeping: You can "camp" in the class rooms - please bring everything you need to be comfortable. 

Food: We serve vegan food by Café Erde + some side dishes and healthy breakfast options. If you do have food allergies, please let us know. We will forward them and try to consider them. Please respect food times & bring your dishes back, when you finish - otherwise it makes the cleaning hours for our kitchen helpers very long and we want them to have a nice time and be able to participate in as many workshops as possible!

Workshops: This festival is based on the thought of sharing knowledge & experience. Each participant has the option to give 2-3 workshops. For each workshop you will receive 50€ per person and per workshop. Please only teach what you feel comfortable teaching and include spotting in your demos & teaching to keep everyone safe. Depending on the amount of workshop proposals we might not be able to accept every proposal. We get in touch with you. 

Kitchen helper: This year we try something new and we offer reduced tickets (-120€ reduction) in exchange for helping in the kitchen. This consists of 2 time slots of each: 1h before meal (snipping, preparing washing station, fill up tea/coffee), 30 min giving out food, 1,5h after meal (putting away things, put table cloths in washing machine). We do have 12 slots available. 

Helper: We do have 4x positions for helpers. Helpers are involved in more & bigger tasks, need to be present during the full festival (set-up & taking down the last day at 5pm). Those helpers receive free festival tickets. If you are interested, write an email to festival@akrosphaere.at.

Parking: No parking at the festival site. You need to find parking outside on the street - there you have to pay. 

Cancellation & waiting list: Up until 2 months prior to the event (30.08.) you can cancel your ticket free of charge. After that date, you can transfer your ticket onto someone else - we will not transfer back any money, you need to sort it out in-between yourselves. There will be a waiting list, but we will not give away the tickets in that order. The waiting list will function as an email list. At a specific date - probably first week of October we will make a second round of registration with the left-over tickets and all people who registered to the waiting list will receive this email.
