A Seasonal Reset with Claudia Guinness & Olivia Cavalli

A Sunday afternoon in September, spent reflecting on your year so far, looking at where you are now and how you’d like the rest of 2026 to unfold.

We'll start with a chance to meet each other properly. From there, Claudia will lead a 90-minute guided group session: journalling, reflective exercises, and small-group discussions to help you check in with your year so far and think about what you want from the next four months. While it's a group experience, there's no pressure to share - the exercises are designed to be as private or as open as you'd like them to be.

We'll then move to one long table for a 3-course lunch cooked by chef Olivia Cavalli, using late-summer and early-autumn produce. Soft drinks will be served throughout the day.

September always brings that back-to-school feeling of a fresh start. This is your chance to pause, take stock, and head into autumn with a bit more clarity, alongside people doing the same thing.

Claudia built a career in film production before retraining as a life coach. She's endlessly curious about the unique journeys people go on to make sense of themselves and the world - a curiosity that deepened through her own coaching experience, which shifted how she saw her values and path. Her approach is rooted in helping others grow, make decisions, and reconnect with themselves through times of change. She runs Alba Community, a coaching collective through which she hosts retreats, events, and workshops.

Olivia's family originates in Emilia Romagna, and Italian food traditions have been ingrained in her from a young age. She began her career in food writing before moving into restaurants in London and Italy. Her cookbook Stagioni celebrates seasonal Italian cooking.
