Our habits of moving, thinking and feeling are formed over a lifetime of experiences. They may limit us and create further difficulties in everyday activities. Pam Goodman will guide you through some of the many lessons of the Feldenkrais Method.

Through the exploration of gentle movement-sequences it is possible to find new ways of achieving clarity and ease for the activities we enjoy.
