210: Making Herbal Remedies

We are surrounded by many herbs with medicinal properties, and yet, while our ancestors relied on folk herbalism, we seem to have forgotten how to use herbs as medicine.

Join Conny Wehland as she shares some simple recipes for making different herbal remedies at home for common ailments. We will be using mainly dried herbs and ordinary kitchen utensils.

This is a hands-on workshop and students will take home the remedies they make, recipes and instructions to hopefully continue making their own herbal remedies.
