413: The Art and Craft of Linocut Printing

For absolute beginners or those with some knowledge and skills of linocut printing, this 3-day workshop will introduce you to the materials, equipment and techniques of linocut and also support your individual progress in this printmaking method.

With the focus on hand printing and an introduction to the etching press, participants will have opportunity to create at least one print edition. We will also explore colour applications of hand colouring, Chine Collé and reduction printing.
