Return Postage Guidance for East Quay Print Studio Mini Print Exhibition
If you have not included suitable return packaging with your submission and are unable to collect your unsold prints following the exhibition on the designated collection dates (31st May, 5–6pm or 1st June, 11am–4pm, or by prior arrangement), you can purchase a return postage service and we will arrange this for you.
- We will carefully pack your mini prints and return them to you via Second Class Royal Mail. This includes a hard-backed envelope and the cost of postage.
- Please ensure you provide your full name and correct delivery address when prompted during booking.
- Please note that this is not a tracked or recorded service. By purchasing this return option, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with standard postal delivery. The studio cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or delay once the work has been dispatched.
- If you wish to use a tracked, insured, or alternative courier service, you are responsible for arranging this directly. The studio cannot organise, manage, or be involved in alternative return arrangements.
Any prints that are not collected, or that do not have suitable packaging and sufficient postage provided for return, cannot be stored at the studio for longer than four weeks after the exhibition closes. After this four-week period, the studio cannot guarantee storage or safekeeping of any uncollected works.
