Remembering Nathalia Urban
Our dear comrade, journalist Nathália Urban died unexpectedly in September 2024.
She was an anti-imperialist, feminist and tireless fighter against the forces of reaction and for social justice in Brazil, Latin America and beyond.
We will come together on Friday 3 October in London to remember Nathalia and celebrate her life and legacy.
There will be short in-person and video contributions from guests including independent councillor Claudia Turbet-Delof, journalists Brian Mier, John McEvoy & Aminta Zea, documentary filmmaker Pablo Navarrete, Dr Francisco Dominguez, others.
Doors open at 5.30pm. The event will begin at 6.30pm. Refreshments available at the event.
Islington Ecology Centre is a 2 minute walk from Arsenal underground station (Piccadilly line)
All event proceeds will go to The Arab-Palestine Federation of Brazil
