Description
"Music without words means leaving behind the mind...
Meditation returns you to the source.
And the source of all is sound."
Kabir, Indian mystic
I have been sharing sound bath circles since 2018. My gentle sound baths hold the intention of radiating peace within and without, primarily through the sounds of clear quartz crystal bowls, which are a sacred container for amplifying prayers and intentions. We use Aura-Soma Lady Nada quintessence to re-energise, strengthen and protect our aura, followed by a short meditation. The sounds of the quartz bowls resonate with the crystalline essence of our bones and the liquid crystalline material of our connective tissue, clearing and cleansing blockages to energy flow within the chakras. The sounds can help bring your body to a relaxed state, your mind to a place of peace, and your soul to a place of wholeness.

Please note: Please bring a yoga mat, head cushion & blanket. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. You will be lying down for around 45 minutes. (if this is problematic you might like to sit on a chair, there are plenty). Bring water, stay hydrated and where possible, have a relaxing schedule afterwards.
Sound healing is generally safe to use, however please note for pregnancy:
The first 12 weeks – caution is advised in when playing sounds OFF the body. You may prefer to lie at the back of the room if you are sound sensitive and bring an extra blanket for comfort. Consult your doctor before receiving any sound healing; do not use instruments directly ON the body.

FAQ:
What if my transport is delayed?:
Please plan to arrive on time. It's a good idea to arrive 5-10mins early to have a nice place and get settled; you will relax more quickly and easily. You will not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes after the hour to ensure maximum relaxation for all participants, and will forfeit your ticket.
Are tickets transferrable?
Sure, once you let me know beforehand, you can pass it on to a friend for the same event as you purchased for.
What is your cancellation policy?
If, for unforeseen circumstances, I need to cancel an event I will let you know as soon as possible. You will get a full refund or you can use your ticket for the next soundbath date.
What is your refund policy?
Please note: As space is limited, all tickets purchased are for the specific date advertised, so no refunds given. If you cannot make an event, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend, just let me know.
